1. Sponsor
The Healthy Human Coaching 4-Week Personal Coaching Giveaway is sponsored by Healthy Human Tools, LLC d/b/a Healthy Human Coaching ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins October 10, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends October 11, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
4. How to Enter
Visit win.habitsthatfit.com/bag and submit your first name and a valid email address during the Entry Period.
Limit one entry per person.
No purchase is required. Signing up to receive emails or newsletters from Healthy Human Coaching is optional and does not affect eligibility or chances of winning.
5. Prize
One winner will receive four weeks of one-on-one personal coaching with Dan Littman of Healthy Human Coaching, with an approximate retail value of $600.

The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
The winner should begin the coaching program within 60 days of accepting the prize unless otherwise agreed upon with Sponsor.
Coaching is educational and supportive in nature and is not medical care, diagnosis, psychotherapy, or treatment.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about October 12, 2026 and no later than October 18, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address submitted with the entry.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the notification. If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Taxes and Expenses
The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and any expenses not expressly included as part of the prize.
9. Privacy and Marketing Consent
Information submitted to enter the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway and contact the winner.
Entrants will receive marketing or newsletter emails from Healthy Human Coaching only if they separately choose to opt in. Marketing consent is not required to enter and does not affect the odds of winning.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the fair administration of the Giveaway.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to comply with these Official Rules and any reasonable scheduling requirements associated with receiving the coaching services.
11. Winner Information
After the winner has been confirmed, the winner's name will be available upon request by emailing dan@habitsthatfit.com with the subject line Giveaway Winner Request.
